Portland's Relocation Fee Ordinance

This two hour class will teach you everything you need to know about the Relocation Fee Ordinance in the city of Portland. We will cover how and when the relocation fee applies, the proper notices, and how to qualify for exemptions. Including the city wide rent increase limits and no-cause termination restrictions. 

This class includes 2 hours of continuing education credits for licensed real estate brokers and property managers through RPM Education, a certified education provider of the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
