Portland's Application and Screening Ordinance

This two hour class will teach you everything you need to know about the city of Portland's Application and Screening Ordinance including what screening criteria you can use, what notices you need to provide applicants, new rules about how you advertise your rental and receive applications.  

This class includes 2 hours of continuing education credits for licensed real estate brokers and property managers through RPM Education, a certified education provider of the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
