New Law HB 2001 - Non-Payment Terminations
and Housing Inventory Standards
During this class we will cover the newest Oregon law HB 2001 that changed the requirements for non-payment of rent termination notices and extended the FED eviction hearing scheduling timeline. It also established housing inventory reporting requirements for the state and local cities / areas and created minimum standards to meet the growing housing development needs around the state.
This class includes 2 hours of continuing education credits for licensed real estate brokers and property managers through RPM Education, a certified education provider of the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
